SECWA maintains list serves for several specialties within the association. These lists enable members to stay in contact, and share questions and concerns as they arise. If you would like to participate in one of these list groups, click on one of the links below and follow the instructions. Headquarters approves all list serve members.

The purpose of the list serves will be to ask other registered questions about the car wash industry, operations, share knowledge, comment on new products and equipment, discuss trends, and virtually any other car wash related topic subject to a few rules.

• Speaking poorly about another member, profanity, self-promotion, blasting a vendor’s products, or other type of similar based abuse will result in the violator being removed from the list serve. It is okay to comment or speak about specific technical issues, but keep your statements on target to the product and its operations.
• Use the list serve to ask for advice on how to handle a particular business-related situation, and to gather comments on user satisfaction with products and services.

The list serves were created with the goal for all members to be able to share with each other years of advice and experience in a positive way. With this in mind, we need to find a way to eliminate some of the clutter. So please ask your question and keep responses only to the question asked. When you respond “thank you” and other comments, it goes to everyone’s e-mails. Please remember to use this service wisely.
